Villa d'Aris

Villa d'Aris is an elegant and charming villa located in one of the most beautiful parts of Positano, the small town on the Amalfi Coast known around the world for its singular beauty.

The villa has two storeys and is surrounded by gardens, terraces and a private pool.

It sleeps 10 people.

On the top level you will find:

- 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms,

- a wide livingroom,

- a kitchen

- another bathroom

- a panoramic terrace

- a garden of 300 sm

On the bottom level you will find:

- 3 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms,

- a panoramic terrace.

There is air conditioning, a private entrance, a satellite tv and Wifi.

UNIT DESCRIPTION:

Villa d'Aris is a typical Positano building, in which the influence of Byzantine architecture merges perfectly with the skills of local master-builders.

Arches, vaults and niches are embellished with majolica tiles the colour of the azure sky.
  The view from the wide balconies and verandas perched high above the multicoloured sea is breathtaking. In front of the villa, I Galli, the Siren Islands; to the right, romantic Positano.
 

The sittingroom is spacious and airy, has a wide terrace and is furnished with comfortable sofas, a large dining table, wide-screen LCD television with Bose acoustics, satellite system and DVD player.
 

The kitchen, adjacent to the sitting room, is professionally equipped with everything required for fine cooking. A cook may be requested for the entire day or for special events.

The six bedrooms are each uniquely furnished in Mediterranean style and have either double or twin beds. Each has a balcony facing the sea. All the bedrooms have bathrooms, roomy showers or hydro-massage tubs, safes, independent air-conditioning and mosquito netting.

The two terraces offers an amazing view of the sea and are full equipped with tables, chairs and deck chairs. The perfect place to relax outdoor, immersed in the perfumed nature of this stretch of Coast.

The solarium is very panoramic as well. It has got a private pool and a Jacuzzi pool of your exclusive use.

LOCATION:

You can access Villa d'Aris from the street level, going down a stairway of about 40 steps.

The centre of Positano is about 1 km away and can be easily reached by car, bus, taxi or after a pleasant walk of approximately 10/15 minutes.
 

This villa is in a great position with direct access to the sea. In fact, in just a few minutes you can reach by steps a typical beach club, where you can enjoy freshly-prepared food (restaurant only open in the Summer season) and a wonderful swim.
