DETAILED DESCRIPTION: 

Golden Hour is our family home and we are so excited to open it to visitors coming from all over the World!

Our charming home is situated in high coast side or Praiano, the most panoramic and quiet.

It can sleep 2 guests but we have a pull-out sofa bed for other two guests - available UPON REQUEST.

You can access the house from the street level,going down a stairway that includes 150 steps.

• THE LIVINGROOM:
You will be welcomed in a cozy livingroom, tastefully decorated.
The furnishings include a sofa and a TV.
From this room you will be able to enter the kitchen, the bedroom, the first bathroom and the laundry room.
It is equipped with an air conditioning unit.


• THE KITCHEN:
The Kitchen is large and well equipped with a fridge, a freezer, a cooker with oven, a microwave oven and all necessary kitchen utensils such as a kettle and a Nespresso coffee maker.
From the kitchen you can access the terrace.


• THE BEDROOM:
The Bedroom is furnished with a double bed and is equipped with an air conditioning unit.
From this room you can enter the en-suite bathroom and the balcony from where you can admire a beautiful view of the sea and the village.


• THE BALCONY:
From the Balcony you will enjoy a stunning view of the sea.
Furnished with a typical ceramic table and chairs, this is the perfect spot to relax and have a romantic sea-view dinner.


• THE EN-SUITE BATHROOM:
This Bathroom is only accessible from the bedroom and is decorated with typical majolica tiles. It is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower.


• THE SECOND BATHROOM:
This Bathroom is decorated with typical majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a bath-tub.


-THE FRONT PORCH:
There is a front porch at the entrance, equipped with deck chairs - the ideal place to relax with a view of the sea.


• THE LOCATION:
You will be in the high-coast side of Praiano, with access from a secondary street where you can park your scooter or car (distance depends on availability of the moment).
