The apartment HOUSE ON THE SEA can sleep 4 guests.

It is divided on two floors:

- ON THE GROUND FLOOR

you will find a bright livingroom, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and a stairway access to the upper floor.

- ON THE FIRST FLOOR

you will find a bedroom with a double bed and the access to a panoramic balcony, another bedroom with the access to a sea-view balcony and a single bed that can be turned into a double bed because there is an additional single trundle bed. On this floor you will also find a bathroom with shower and a sea-view terrace.

The apartment is bright and welcoming and is equipped with air-conditioning and free Wifi Internet Connection.

The panoramic livingroom has got a dining table with chairs, a sitting zone with a Smart tv and a kitchenette.

The kitchenette is full equipped with a fridge, a freezer, a gas cooker, a microwave oven, a boiler, an Italian-style coffee maker and other useful little home appliances.

A washing machine, a iron with ironing table will be at your disposal.

A cot is available upon request.

Parking is available, upon request, according to availability and for a fee.

LOCATION:

You can access the house from the parking level going down a way that also includes about 10 steps to climb.

You can also reach the street and the bus stop from another way that is a panoramic narrow lane which also includes steps.

You will be on the Praiano main beach named LA PRAIA beach where, in Summer time, you can take a water taxi to the other beaches of the Coast as well as boats to Capri, Positano and other famous spots of the peninsula.

Some famous restaurants are close at hand, like Il Pirata and Da Armandino. Delicious food, fresh fish and genuine dishes.

- Please note: being very close to a restaurant, you may hear voices and music during weekends.
