Villa Lullanto - with pool in Praiano

Villa Lullanto is a wonderful apartment situated in one of the most panoramic areas of Praiano.

It can sleep up to 5 guests and features:

• 1 sleeping place in divan-bed FOR AN EXTRA FEE

• a kitchen

• a livingroom

• a sunny terrace with sea view

• a garden with solarium and a private swimming pool

There is air-conditioning in the bedrooms and in the livingroom. Free Wifi Internet connection is available.

DESCRIPTION:

The house can sleep 4 guests and there is a divan bed in the livingroom for an eventual fifth guest.

The 2 bedrooms have matrimonial beds and air-conditioning.

There are 2 bathrooms, both with a wide shower and both are accessible from the livingroom.

The kitchen is so panoramic, we are sure you will love to cook here! It is fully equipped with a cook, a fridge, a freezer, an electric oven, a microwave oven and other little home appliances like a boiler and a coffee maker. There is a table with chairs and from here you can access the terrace.

The livingroom is bright and tastefully furnished. The furnishings include a divan-bed that we can prepare, upon request, for any extra guest.

Here you will also find a tv, a table with chairs and the access to the terrace. The room is air-conditioned.

The terrace is simply spectacular! Equipped with a table, chairs and deck-chairs, the terrace has got a superb view of the village and the sea.

The private pool in on the left side of the terrace and will be all yours!

-The pool is open from 15th May to 5th November 2021.

LOCATION:

You can reach Villa Lullanto in two different ways:

- by steps from the street above, descending a stairway of about 180 steps

or

- by steps and lane from the street below, where the main church of St. Luke is.

The local bus that crosses the village runs on the street above and on the street below. And there is another local bus, the ones to Positano, that runs on the street below.

The location is quiet and comfortable, thanks to the good connection with the public transports.

If you have a car, you can park it on the street above free of charge. Or if you prefer you can park it on the street below, for a fee.
