Thanks to the presence of an expert cheesemaker you will discover all the processes involved in making mozzarella. We will also prepare together typical Neapolitan mozzarella dishes.

Are you ready to discover all the secrets of homemade pasta? We are waiting for you in Positano to enjoy our Monday Pasta Cooking Class.
Thanks to our cooking class you will learn how to make handmade pasta dough and three different types of pasta: tagliolini, ravioli and orecchiette.
We will prepare three traditional recipes together: tagliolini with lemon sauce, ravioli with ricotta with tomato sauce, and orecchiette with pesto sauce. While you are cooking you can enjoy a welcome drink.
At the end of the cooking class in addition to the prepared dishes, you will enjoy a tasty tiramisu for dessert.
